Terms and Conditions

Settlement of Bills: Bills must be settled on presentation, except in case of Express Check-in-Individual cheques are not accepted
Company's Lien on Guest Luggage & Belongings: In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at anytime after the day of departure without reference to the party and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards amount due from the guests.
Check in time: 12.00 noon Check Out time: 11.00 a.m
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Any cancellation received more than 72 hours before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received between 72 and 48 hours prior to check-in will be eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations received within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows, will not be eligible for any refund.
Misplacement of Key card will be charged Rs. 250/- per card
Guest's Belongings: Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms. The hotel will not, in anyway what so ever be responsible for the loss of residents, goods or any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage, therefore whether due to neglect of hotel team members or any other cause what so ever including theft or pilferage. For the convenience of visitors safe deposit lockers are all available in rooms. Also valuables could be deposited with the front desk to ensure the safety of any valuables.
Hazardous goods: Storing of cinema films, raw and exposed or any other articles of a combustible or hazardous nature, in residential rooms or store room is prohibited
Damage of property: Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
Management Rights: Management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his/her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason what so ever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belonging of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her and lock the room
Relation between hotel management: Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or portion there of in favour of any guest or resident or visitor and the company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possessions and control of the whole of the hotel premises
Government Rules and Regulations: Guest are requested to observe the Government rules and regulations forced from time to time in respect of reservation, alcoholic drinks, fire arms, etc.
Amendment of Rules: The management reserves to itself the right to add to or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules
Pets: Does not allow any type of pets in the guest rooms.
Behaviour: Guests are advised to behave in such a manner that is not offensive to others.
Jurisdiction: All conflicts, if so any would be referred to Jurisdiction of Udupi.
