| Rules & Regulations 1. Guests below 18 years of age are welcome to stay when accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. 2. Only valid Government-issued photo IDs (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) are accepted as proof of identity. 3. Smoking within the premises is strictly not allowed. 4. Check-in time: 1:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges. 5.Breakfast buffet timing: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. 6.Outside food is allowed in rooms; however, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and hookah are strictly prohibited within the property. 7.Pets are not allowed. 8.Playing loud music or creating any disturbance to other guests is not permitted. Please maintain a peaceful environment. 9.Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property. Charges for such damages will be as per management discretion please contact the Front Desk for pricing details. 10.In couple rooms, no additional person is allowed. Any extra person wishing to stay must book and check in to an additional room. 11.Visitor timing is permitted only up to 10:00 PM. Visitors must register at the Front Desk and are not allowed to stay overnight. 12.Every visitor or service provider (including makeup artists, photographers, decorators, etc. for wedding or event bookings) must present a valid Government-issued photo ID at the Front Desk before entering the property. 13.Entry will not be allowed without valid ID verification under any circumstances. |
| Refund & Cancellation Policy For Individual Bookings 1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date and time will receive a full refund. 2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable. |
| For Group Bookings 1. Any reservation of 5 rooms or more is considered a group booking. 2. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. 3. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. 4. For smooth and quick check-in, please submit all guest ID proofs and booking details in advance prior to your arrival date. |
| Refund Processing 1. Refunds are applicable only for bookings made through our official website. If a refund is required, the amount will be refunded after deducting payment gateway charges (approximately 3% + 18% GST) of the booking amount. 2. Bookings made through OTA channels (such as Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) are subject to the refund policies of those platforms, which are independent of the hotel. 3. Refunds are processed as per the above cancellation policy. Exceptions, if any, remain at management’s discretion. 4. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, and the amount paid(full or partial) will be released accordingly. |
| Payment Policy 1. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, NEFT/RTGS Bank Transfers, UPI, and Cash. 2. A 100% advance payment (Room Rate + Tax) is required to confirm all reservations. 3. If not already paid, the full amount (Room Rate + Tax) for the entire stay must be settled at the time of check-in. 4. Guests must clear all pending or additional charges before check-out. 5. The hotel cannot guarantee late check-outs. Please contact the Front Desk on your departure day to check availability. 6. Some booking plans are non-refundable. Kindly review the terms at the time of booking, as policy exceptions cannot be made. |
